A Few Words From Danielle
It has been an amazing year since being crowned MAQuest Mrs Australia World in the beautiful Hunter Valley with the amazing other women who attended the weeklong event.I have found a number of lifelong friends, learnt more about myself and how great women build each other up rather than compete against each other.
That was what attracted me to the MAQuest in the first place that it was more than just a beauty pageant; it had a clear focus on your charity work, intellect and communication skills.
Since that wonderful night shared with friends, family and new found friends, I’ve climbed Mt Everest, speaking at the GC Philanthropy Ovarian Cancer luncheon which rose over $20,000, many speaking engagements throughout Brisbane’s Rotary, Soroptimists and Lions clubs. I had one of the most amazing experiences travelling to MRS WORLD in the states and representing the quest and Australia. It is my dream to continue my work with the MAQuest, Teal Wings of Hope and raising awareness of ovarian cancer after I crown the 2015 Mrs Australia World.
